PADO AI Orchestration

A seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in energy, IoT and SaaS.  Wannie has incubated and scaled companies in cleantech and sustainability, delivering three successful exits.

Prior to founding Pado, Wannie was SVP of Business and Corporate Development at Bidgely, a global AI-powered SaaS provider, CEO of Zen Ecosystems, a leading provider of energy management solutions to SMB and SVP of Business and Corporate Development at Inspire Energy, a leading renewables and sustainability company.

With over 20 years of experience, Phil Flaherty has led sales, marketing, and operations teams in the Cleantech space.  Within large institutional organizations and startups, Flaherty has a proven track record of consultative sales to C-suite and mid-level executives within the complex and evolving energy sector. He has a deep understanding of the impacts and opportunities created by grid modernization, distributed resources and an evolving business model.  This knowledge stems from an extensive background in the energy space, including past employers Xcel Energy, Ecova, Engie, Bidgely, Singularity & LG NOVA.

With over 25 years of tech experience, Jun has helped create innovative solutions in biotech and energy.  For Pado, Jun is building a proprietary data orchestration platform that will help the grid adapt to the growing demands of AI.  Trained as a theoretical scientist, Jun is excited to bring his passion for AI/ML and high performance computing to Pado.  Prior to joining Pado, Jun founded ThinkEco in 2008, an award-winning demand response company.  ThinkEco's patented technology was the basis of commercial partnerships with leading companies, including Con Edison, GE Appliances, LG Electronics, and Rakuten.  Jun has a BA, MA, and PhD (Chemical Physics) from Harvard, and a Professional Certificate in AI from Stanford.

Ava Petusky is a Data Engineer at Pado AI, where she builds data pipelines for energy-efficient data center operations.She previously worked as a Geospatial Data Science Intern at the WorldResources Institute, where she developed and fine-tuned machine learning models for agricultural field boundary detection using satellite imagery. Ava holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University ofMaryland, College Park.

Ilia Kleiman isDirector of Software Development and Operations at Pado AI, where he leads initiatives to process DC telemetry from external sources and design deployment strategies that ensure the stability and scalability of Pado’s cloud infrastructure and software platforms. With over 25 years of software development experience and strong background in cloud architecture, operational excellence, and technical problem‑solving, Ilia drives innovation while maintaining robust systems that support mission‑critical workloads. His expertise spans AWS infrastructure, automation, and performance optimization, enabling him to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution. Prior to joining Pado AI, Ilia gained experience in the energy industry working at ThinkEco, a DR company innovating in consumer space. Ilia has a BA(Math), BSEE, BSCS from University of Washington and an AAS in Accounting from Lake Washington Institute of Technology.

Jeff Wahl is Vice President of Strategy& Partnerships at PADO AI, where he leads strategic positioning and ecosystem development at the intersection of energy, compute, and utility/grid programs and markets. He works with data-center operators, energy OEMs, compute platforms, and utilities to enable grid-aware workload orchestration that unlocks new revenue streams while preserving performance and reliability. Jeff brings deep experience across energy systems, infrastructure strategy, and advanced computing, with a career focused on translating complex technical innovation into scalable, market-ready solutions.

Maria is a product and innovation expert with over 15 years of energy & utility industry experience.  Maria started her career in the generation space working in nuclear, solar, and gas power plants before migrating to work on energy demand management and optimization. Over the years she has relished digging into the details of energy and her passion lies in the interconnection between supply and demand and creating solutions for a flexible energy future.  At PADO Maria works closely with clients, stakeholders, and the internal team to create a vision and path to enable data centers to maximize compute per megawatt.

Tim Broadwater is a creative and innovative designer with 20+ years of software experience in B2B, cloud computing, eCommerce, edutainment, defense, healthcare, information technology, higher education, networking, and nonprofit spaces. Tim has a deep understanding and experience in product/SaaS design & strategy, CX design, instructional design, UX/UI design, web development & design, and user research methodologies. Areas of expertise include content creation/management/strategy, data visualization, Agile software methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and big data visualization & integration.

Rajesh is helping build Pado’s technologies to effectively manage datacenter energy and compute resources. He has over two decades of experience building software products for a variety of sectors and in different environments – startups, nonprofits, research/academia and large corporations.

Before Pado, he was engineering lead at Sidewalk Labs / Google for a product focusing on affordable electrification. Prior to that, he had co-founded a startup out of Columbia University providing solutions to operate off-grid, renewables-powered electric services in the developing world.

He holds an MS in Computer Science from NYU’s Courant Institute, and a B.Eng in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, India.

Silas Riley is a Software Engineer at Pado AI Orchestration, developing software that helps data centers with computation optimization and dynamic energy and workload management. Silas holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Harvard University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Marshall University. Silas hales from the family farm in the mountains of West Virginia.
